Alabang welcomes a new culinary haven as MITA Kitchen + Lounge opens its doors in the new wing of Molito Lifestyle Center. From the success of its first café in BF Homes, MITA expands with a chef-driven concept that brings together refined Euro-Asian flavors, warm hospitality, and a space that transitions effortlessly from brunches to late-night gatherings.

Designed for those who appreciate both sophistication and comfort, MITA Kitchen + Lounge offers a dining experience that feels at once familiar and elevated, perfect for the ladies who love good food, good company, and beautiful spaces.

Dishes crafted with passion

At the heart of MITA Kitchen + Lounge is Chef Marco Legasto, a culinary visionary with over two decades of experience across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Having led acclaimed kitchens such as Prime101 and Le Gastro, and served as Guest Chef for the Philippine Embassy in Malaysia, Chef Marco brings a wealth of global influence to MITA’s kitchen.

His approach balances creativity with comfort, crafting dishes that are bold yet approachable. “We wanted the food to feel elevated but never intimidating,” he shares. “Every dish was chosen to create a narrative that unfolds as you explore the menu.”

Food lovers, this is the resto to be

MITA’s menu reflects craftsmanship and detail, with everything made in-house. From smoked salmon to cured steaks. Signature creations include the Truffle Smoked Salmon Roll with truffle cheese, caviar, and truffle honey on brioche; MITA’s Signature Steak, topped with bone marrow foie gras butter; and the Pan-Seared Mahi Mahi with Foie Gras Duxelles, combining sea and earth in perfect balance.

To end on a sweet note, the Quezo de Bola Cheesecake offers a savory twist on dessert. The drinks menu complements the dining experience with crowd favorites like Mita’s Mojito, Paloma de Mita, and The Last Word, ideal for a leisurely afternoon or a night out.

MITA transforms from day dining to night scene

Designed by Zero One Design under Isa Pulvinar, the interiors capture the essence of balance. Modern yet inviting, refined yet warm. Earthy textures, terracotta tiles, and rattan-inspired lighting create a cozy charm, while cascading shell chandeliers and a striking bar lend the space an elegant glow.

Whether under the soft daylight or the evening’s golden hue, MITA invites guests to linger, sip, and stay a little longer.

Experience flavors and moments beyond the plate

MITA Kitchen + Lounge offers more than dining. Guests can look forward to chef collaborations, wine-pairing classes, tasting menus, and weekend DJ sets, making it an evolving space for both food and culture. For founders Rodney and Nikki Ynchausti, this new chapter extends MITA’s identity beyond its café roots in BF Homes. “BF will always be about community and comfort,” Nikki shares. “Molito allows us to explore a chef-driven concept that still holds true to who we are.

MITA Kitchen + Lounge redefines dining in the South. Sophisticated yet welcoming, elevated yet effortless. Make sure to visit them in the new building of Molito Lifestyle Center, Alabang. Follow @mitakitchenxlounge on Instagram for updates and events.
