¡Hola, foodies! If you’ve been craving an escape to the vibrant flavors of Spain, Wobbly Pan Spanish Bistro has officially arrived in Davao City. Nestled right across the Apo View Hotel, this new Spanish gem in town is the perfect spot to indulge in authentic Spanish cuisine—no passport required!

We started our culinary journey with the Paella Marinera (₱895, small), a stunning seafood fiesta on a plate. Each spoonful was a savory blend of perfectly cooked rice soaked in a rich saffron broth, paired with plump shrimps, tender squid, mussels, clams, and fish. It’s a must-order dish to share (or not, we won’t judge!).

Next, we tried the hearty Callos (₱645), a comforting stew brimming with tender ox tripe, oxtail, chorizo, and chickpeas. It’s like a warm hug in every bite—perfect for those rainy days in Davao.

For meat lovers, the Salpicao (₱595) is a sizzling showstopper! Juicy chunks of beef tenderloin are cooked to garlicky-perfection with a spicy kick, making it a crowd-pleaser for any table.

Dessert? Oh, you have to save room. The San Sebastian Cheesecake (₱320/slice, ₱1,800 for a whole cake) is both creamy and dreamy! Its caramelized top adds just the right amount of sweetness to this Basque-style delight. And if you’re craving something classic, the Churros con Chocolate (₱280) is a match made in heaven—crunchy fried pastries paired with luscious Spanish hot chocolate.

Feeling a little thirsty after all those savory dishes? Quench your thirst with refreshing drinks like the tasty Watermelon Mint (₱225), the Zesty Tropical (₱275), or the vibrant Go Green (₱250). If you’re in a celebratory mood, the White Sangria (₱350/glass, ₱950/pitcher) is a citrusy, boozy delight perfect for toasting to good times.

With the holidays around the corner, we bet you’re looking for a cozy spot for intimate gatherings. You’re in luck because Wobbly Pan also offers private rooms, making it ideal for celebrations, birthdays, date nights, or even a chic girls’ nights out!

So, are you craving a slice of Spain? No flights needed—just bring your besties and a big appetite!
